Police say Ezra Miller stole wine from a Vermont man's home.

Vermont State Police said they were notified of a burglary in Isaac B. Winokur's Stamford, Vermont, home on May 1 at 5:55 p.m.

Police said they had "probable cause" to charge Miller with "felony burglary into an uninhabited house" after reviewing security footage and taking statements.

Authorities caught Miller at 11:23 p.m. on Sunday, and the Justice League star has a court date on Sept. 26.

Miller pled no contest to disorderly conduct in March following two karaoke bar incidents.

The judge fined Miller $500 after hearing his plea entered via Zoom.

The judge dismissed two more accusations against Miller "with prejudice," including a harassment charge and a traffic-obstruction complaint.

She told Miller to "avoid" Margarita Village on Silva Street in Hilo, Hawaii.

Hawaii Police Department verified Miller was detained and charged with disorderly behavior and harassment.

Police in Hawaii reportedly arrived at the event in response to calls of unrest.
