Why Didn't Meghan Markle Join Prince Harry in Balmoral?

Members of the royal family visited Queen Elizabeth's Balmoral residence this morning after physicians expressed "worry" for her health.

However, Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, was not traveling to Scotland.

A source has updated the Sussexes' travel plans, saying Meghan will not join Prince Harry.

Prince Charles, Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, Prince William, Prince Edward, Sophie, Countess of Wessex, and Prince Andrew have visited the queen.

Princess Anne is already in Balmoral for engagements in Scotland.

Buckingham Palace issued a statement earlier today regarding the monarch's current condition.

Liz Truss, Britain's prime minister, tweeted, "The whole country will be extremely disturbed by Buckingham Palace's midday news."
